Research progress of correlation between structure and function of high-density lipoprotein and inflammation

在以全身炎症和氧化应激为特点的慢性疾病患者中,高密度脂蛋白(HDL)可能具有促炎特性,HDL结构和功能的变化与慢性炎症性疾病患者心血管疾病发病率升高密切相关。本文就HDL结构和功能与慢性炎症关系研究的进展作一综述。

In patients with chronic diseases characterized by systemic inflammation and oxidative stress,high-density lipoprotein(HDL)may have pro-inflammatory properties,structural and functional changes of HDL are closely related to increased incidence of cardiovascular disease in patients with chronic inflammatory diseases.The present article makes a review on research progress of correlation between structure and function of high-density lipoprotein and chronic inflammation.
