远程随访安置植入性心脏复律除颤器患者应用效果研究的进展

Research progress on the application effect of remote follow-up arrangement of implantable cardioverter-defibrillator patients

随着心血管疾病发病率升高,使用植入性心脏复律除颤器(ICD)患者也逐年增多,临床随访负担日趋繁重。远程随访使临床随访更加安全高效,可减少诊室随访次数,减少ICD不适当放电,优化病人的随访管理,提高安全性并改善预后,在新冠病毒肺炎疫情期间,可减少面对面门诊随访次数,降低感染风险。本文就远程随访安置ICD患者应用效果研究的进展作一综述。

With incidence rate of cardiovascular diseases increasing,number of patients using implantable cardioverter defibrillator(ICD)has also increased year by year,and burden of clinical follow-up has become increasingly heavy.Remote follow-up makes clinical follow-up safer and more efficient,it can reduce number of clinic visits and inappropriate discharge of ICD,optimize patient follow-up management and improve safety and prognosis.During COVID-19 epidemic,it can reduce number of face-to-face outpatient follow-ups and reduce risk of infection.The present article makes a review on research progress for the application effect of remote follow-up of ICD patients.
