Knowledge-attitude-practice survey on medication behavior risk among residents in Hebei province in 2020

目的了解河北省常住居民用药知识态度行为(KAP)的现状,发现居民用药潜在风险,为安全用药科普侧重点提供参考。方法以河北省常住居民的安全用药意识及日常用药行为作为研究对象,以线上问卷调查的方式进行大规模调查。结果共收集有效调查问卷517份。在对药品及药品使用的看法、观点认识上,调查对象的正确率为79.55%;居民对不良的用药行为回答为“从不”的仅为36.41%,对较好的用药行为回答为“从不”的高达11.05%;居民对服用药品问题中不好用药行为的回答为“从不”的为50.18%;另外,38.72%的居民“从不”接触用药知识讲座或用药教育活动;73.42%的居民认为“有必要或极有必要”开展合理用药知识教育活动。结论河北省居民对于合理用药知识有一定的了解,但在用药行为上仍存在较大风险,应加大安全用药知识的宣传,增强安全用药意识,规范居民安全用药行为。

Objective To understand the knowledge-attitude-practice(KAP)status of medication using among permanent residents in Hebei province,find out the potential risks of medication using among residents,provide reference for the popular science of rational drug use,and provide basis for policy makers to formulate relevant intervention strategies.Methods In this study,the awareness of rational drug use and daily drug use behavior of permanent residents in Hebei Province were investigated by online questionnaire.Results A total of 517 valid questionnaires were collected.The correct rate of the respondents about drug knowledge was 79.55%;only 36.41%of the residents answered“never”to bad drug use behavior,and 11.05%to better drug use behavior;50.18%of the residents answered“never”to bad drug use behavior;in addition,38.72%of the residents answered“never”and 73.42%of the residents thought that it was“necessary or extremely necessary”to carry out rational drug use knowledge education activities.Conclusion Residents in Hebei Province have a certain understanding of rational drug use knowledge,but there are still great risks in drug use behavior.We should increase the publicity of rational drug use knowledge,enhance the awareness of rational drug use and standardize the residents’rational drug use behavior.
