摘要
文旅企业人力资源管理专业人才应用能力培养是缩短校企供求矛盾的有效路径。基于文献检索及对文旅企业人力资源总监的访谈,提出了人力资源管理专业人才应用能力三角模型,进而将三类应用能力逐步拆解为能力图谱。以地方应用型本科某学院为例,从供给侧提出文旅企业人力资源管理人才应用能力培养路径。
The cultivation of professional application ability of human resource management in cultural and tourism enterprises is an effective way to shorten the contradiction between supply and demand of schools and enterprises. Based on literature review and in-depth interview with human resource director of cultural and tourism enterprises, a triangular model of the professional application capability of human resource management is proposed,and the three types of application capabilities are gradually split into capability graphs. Based on this, this paper takes a certain university as an example and puts forward the training path of human resource management talents application ability in the cultural and tourism industry.
