新文科背景下课堂教学改革体系化推进思路——以公共管理类专业为例

摘要 采用实体分析法,以公共管理专业为例,对课堂教学改革体系化推进的必要性、任务和举措进行分析。结果表明,公共管理类专业课堂教学改革需要在教学内容、课堂空间和教学方法三个维度齐头并进,构筑三课堂协同培育新时代公共管理人才体系、公共管理知识实证强度递进的三课堂教学体系和“因堂施教”的三课堂教学方法、手段体系,并加强项目组织、实施、执行、经费使用、监督、验收与评价等保障。 In the framework of entity analysis method, and in the professional field of public administration,the necessity, task and measure of systematization of classroom teaching reform are analyzed. The results show that the classroom teaching reform of public management majors needs to go hand in hand in three dimensions including teaching content, classroom space and teaching methods, and there should build a three-classroom teaching system to jointly cultivate public management talents in the new era, a three-classroom teaching system with progressive demonstration strength of public management knowledge, and a three-classroom teaching method and means system based on classroom teaching, and strengthen the guarantee of project organization, implementation, execution, use of funds, supervision, acceptance and evaluation.
