摘要
根据对分课堂教学法对“管理学”教学内容和教学流程进行了重构:教学内容方面,突出“管理学”的应用性和方法论,强化对学生管理思维的培养;教学流程方面,将教学活动分为教师精讲、学生探究、师生互动三个环节,充分发挥师生各自的角色功能,提升学生学习的自主性、参与性和探究性。从教学实践来看,学生比较认可这种教学方式,有助于改善“管理学”学习易进难出、易懂难用的困境。
According to the bisection class teaching method, the teaching content and teaching process of “management”are reconstructed. In terms of teaching content, the application and methodology of“management science”are highlighted to strengthen the cultivation of students’ management thinking. In terms of the teaching processes, the teaching activities are divided into teachers teaching, students inquiry, teacher-student interaction,so as to give full play to their role functions, enhance students autonomy, participation and exploratory. In terms of teaching practice, students agree with this teaching method and believe that it helps to improve “Management Science”learning which is difficult to apply and easy to understand.
