高效液相色谱法测定皮革及毛皮中的苯酚含量

摘要 为建立液相色谱法测定皮革及毛皮中苯酚含量的分析方法,以甲醇为萃取溶剂,采用超声萃取法提取皮革及毛皮中的苯酚,优化了仪器分析条件和样品前处理条件。结果表明:方法线性范围为0.1~5.0μg/mL,方法检出限为0.2 mg/kg和0.6 mg/kg,加标回收率为93.1%~97.0%,相对标准偏差为3.4%~6.2%。液相色谱法与气质联用法同时测定样品中的苯酚含量相对偏差为3.8%~11.1%。方法操作简便,测定结果可靠,可满足皮革及毛皮制品中苯酚含量的检测。 To establish the measuring method for determination of phenol in leather and fur by high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC). Methanol was used as the extraction solvent and ultrasonic extraction was used to extract phenol in leather and fur,the instrument analysis conditions and sample pretreatment conditions were optimized.The results show that the linear range of the method is 0. 1 ~ 5. 0 μg/mL,method detection limit are 0. 2 mg/kg and0. 6 mg/kg,the recoveries range from 93. 1% to 97. 0%,and the relative standard deviation is at the range of 3. 4% ~6. 2%. The detection results relative deviation of phenol in leather and fur samples is at the range of 3. 8% ~ 11. 1%by liquid chromatography method and gas chromatography-mass method. The method is easy to operate and the measurement results are reliable,which can meet the detection of phenol in leather and fur products.
