摘要
皮革企业在构建O2O模式的过程中,在经营模式、线下服务、服务链等多方面产生较多难点,阻碍了皮革企业对O2O模式的深入推进。以此,分析皮革企业在构建O2O模式中所存在的难点,通过推进团购模式、构建线下体验中心、开启线上线下服务链等方式,推动皮革企业电商的创新发展,形成专属于皮革企业自身的电商系统。
In the process of building O2O model, leather enterprises have many difficulties in business model, offline service, service chain and other aspects, which hinders leather enterprises from further promoting O2O model. Based on this, this paper analyzed the difficulties existing in the construction of O2O mode of leather enterprises, and promoted the innovative development of e-commerce of leather enterprises by promoting group purchase mode, building offline experience center and opening online and offline service chain, so as to form their own e-commerce system.
