摘要
为深入探析国际制革研究领域的研究现状与趋势,本文以Web of Science核心合集数据库中4 544篇文献为数据源,运用CiteSpace软件对2010—2020年国际制革研究领域的文献进行可视化分析,从年份发文与被引情况、来源出版物、发文机构和国家分布、关键词共现网络、关键词聚类和关键词突现方面绘制知识图谱。研究表明:制革研究领域年度发文和被引用文章数量呈现逐年递增的趋势;印度和中国是发文量最多的两个国家;制革废水、废弃物受到研究者们的高度关注;制革研究知识子群集中在制革废水中的染料与铬离子处理、碱性蛋白酶的提纯与优化、制革工人的身体健康和制革废弃毛发的利用;研究趋势主要集中在工艺、机理、体系和降解方面。研究者们未来应重点关注制革工业清洁生产与资源利用、功能型皮革化工材料与制革工人职业健康。
To better understand the research progress and trend in leather manufacturing around the world, a total of 4 544 publications in the past ten years collected from the Web of Science Core Collection database were analyzed. This bibliometric study was conducted by means of visualization software CiteSpace. Yearly quantitative distribution of the literatures, main source journals, institutions, countries and keywords were all analyzed and discussed in detail. The results show that the number of publications grown yearly. India and China are the two most active countries in the research field of leather manufacturing. Attention from researchers are highly attracted by tannery waste. The research focuses on the treatment of dyes and chromium ions in tanning wastewater, the purification and optimization of alkaline protease, the health of tanners and the utilization of leather waste hair. Technology, mechanism, system and degradation will be the research hotspots in the future. More attention are supposed to be paid to clean production and recovery of resources in leather manufacturing, functional leather chemicals and health of tanners.
