东营市农产品质量安全工作中存在的问题及对策建议

农产品质量安全监管是推动农业高质量发展的重要举措,是全面推进乡村振兴的重要支撑。但当前东营市农产品质量安全管理工作仍面临生产主体组织化程度不高、质量安全意识不强、诚信意识淡薄;基层监管能力较弱、追溯管理制度不健全、农业投入品监管存在漏洞;消费者消费观不科学、维权意识差等问题。建议通过加大宣传培训力度、健全完善责任体系、健全完善监管体系、推行农业标准化生产、加大农产品质量安全执法力度、加强农产品质量安全追溯管理以及加强农产品质量安全信用监管等措施来实现对农产品质量安全的有效监管。
