摘要 农贸市场销售的农产品大多为生鲜产品,传统的检测技术门槛高,而且检验周期长,快检技术的发展很好地填补了这方面的不足,以简便快捷的手段实现了食品安全的高效筛查,最大程度地保障了农副产品的正常交易。为了落实监管义务,各个农贸市场都陆续配备了场地、设备和人员,在市场内部成立了食用农产品快速检测实验室,开展了快速检测工作,也起到了一定的实效。但调研发现,受各种因素影响,快检实验室的实际运行情况良莠不齐,特别是管理经验的不足不仅影响着实验室的规范运转,还影响了检测数据的准确性。本文从建设的场所布局、设备与耗材、人员和内部管理方面进行了全方位的阐述,以期为农贸市场食用农产品快速检验实验室的建设与管理提供参考。 Most of the edible agricultural products in the farmers’ market are fresh products, the traditional detection technology not only has a high technical threshold, but also has a long inspection cycle. The development of rapid detection technology has well filled this deficiency, which realizes the efficient screening of food safety by a simple and convenient mean and guarantees the normal transaction of agricultural and sideline products to the greatest extent. In order to implement the regulatory obligations, each farmers’ market has been equipped with venues, equipment and personnel. A rapid testing laboratory for edible agricultural products has been established in the market, which has carried out rapid testing work and achieved certain effect. However, the survey found that due to various factors, the actual operation of the rapid testing laboratory is mixed. In particular, the lack of management experience not only affects the standardized operation of the laboratory, but also directly affects the accuracy of test data. This paper comprehensively expounds the construction site layout, equipment and consumables, personnel and internal management, in order to provide reference for the construction and management of fast testing laboratory for edible agricultural products in farmers’ market.
