在农产品生产过程中,农药残留量超标将会导致食品质量及安全受到影响,严重时还会对人们的生命安全造成威胁。基于此,本文阐述了农产品质量及安全控制的意义,分析农产品质量及安全控制具体措施,提出常见农药残留检测技术应用要点及提高农药残留检测技术水平的建议,以期提高农产品质量及安全水平。

In the production process of agricultural products, the pesticide residue exceeds the standard will affect the food quality and safety, and even threaten the life safety of the people. Based on this, this paper summarizes the significance of agricultural product quality and safety control, analyzes the specific measures of agricultural product quality and safety control, and puts forward the application points of common pesticide residue detection technology and some suggestions to improve the technical level of pesticide residue detection, in order to improve the quality and safety level of agricultural products.
