摘要
食品安全管理是保证人们身体健康的关键指标,而食品卫生理化检验是使用最普遍且合理的食品安全监管方法。本文阐述了食品理化检验中样品前处理的特点,分析了食品理化检验中样品前处理的作用和前处理方法应用,提出了样品前处理的质量控制措施,以供参考。
Food safety management is the key index to ensure people’s health, and the physical and chemical inspection of food hygiene is the most common and reasonable method of food safety supervision. This paper expounds the characteristics of sample pretreatment in food physical and chemical inspection, analyzes the function and application of sample pretreatment in food physical and chemical inspection, and puts forward the quality control measures of sample pretreatment for reference.
