畜肉中匹莫林的测定

摘要 本文建立了检测畜肉中匹莫林的液相色谱-串联质谱法。采用乙腈提取,正己烷脱脂,液相色谱-串联质谱法测定,外标法定量。考察了方法的定量限、标准曲线线性、方法精密度等。结果表明,匹莫林浓度在1~200μg/L线性良好,相关系数r=0.999 6,定量限为2.0μg/kg,3个加标水平2.0μg/kg、4.0μg/kg、10.0μg/kg,平均回收率为70.8%~85.3%,相对标准偏差为3.0%~5.4%。本方法具有前处理简单、精密度高、定量限低等优点,能够满足畜肉中匹莫林的测定。 A high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for determination of pimorin in meat was established. It is extracted by acetonitrile, degreased by n-hexane, determinated by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, external standard method. The quantitative limit, linearity of standard curve and precision of the method were investigated. The results showed that the concentration of pimolin ranged from 1 to 200 μg/L has good linearity, the correlation coefficient is r=0.999 6, and the limit of quantitation is 2.0 μg/kg, 3 spiked levels were 2.0 μg/kg, 4.0 μg/kg, 10.0 μg/kg, the average recovery was 70.8% ~ 85.3%, and the relative standard deviation was 3.0% ~ 5.4%. The method has the advantages of simple pretreatment, high precision and low limit of quantitation, and can be used for the determination of pimolin in animal meat.
