摘要
我国食品文化历史悠久,在历史发展中逐渐形成了多样性、统一性及等级性的文化特征。汉语文化作为食品文化传播的重要载体,与食品文化的融合中也深化了食品文化内涵,在食品文化的传承与发展中发挥着不可忽视的作用。基于此,文章提出借助汉语文字设计食品包装、利用汉语文化命名食品名称以及通过文学作品推广食品文化等措施,旨在将汉语文化与食品文化相融合,推动我国食品文化的传播与发展。
China’s food culture has a long history, and gradually forms the cultural characteristics of diversity,unity and hierarchy in the historical development. As an important carrier of food culture communication, Chinese culture also deepens the connotation of food culture in the integration with food culture, and plays an important role in the inheritance and development of food culture. Based on this, this paper puts forward some measures, such as designing food packaging with the help of Chinese characters, naming food names with Chinese culture and promoting food culture through literary works, in order to integrate Chinese culture and food culture and promote the dissemination and development of China’s food culture.
