摘要 《中华人民共和国食品安全法》规定,食品在生产、加工、存储的过程中,必须保证其安全及卫生,不能对人体健康造成任何威胁和影响。目前,市场上的食品种类较多,质量也参差不齐,必须通过检验和检测对产品质量把关。但我国食品检验检测的技术不够先进,检测方法较单一,难以发现食品中潜藏的危害。为提升食品检验检测质量,减少食品安全问题的发生,必须构建食品检验检测机构质量管理体系,做好食品安全的把关工作。 The Food Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China stipulates that food must be safe and hygienic in the process of production, processing and storage, and shall not pose any threat and impact on human health. At present, there are many kinds of food on the market, and the quality is uneven, must check the product quality through inspection and testing. However, the technology of food inspection and detection in China is not advanced enough, and the detection method is relatively single, so it is difficult to find the potential hazards in food. In order to improve the quality of food inspection and testing and reduce the occurrence of food safety problems, it is necessary to build a quality management system of food inspection and testing institutions and do a good job in food safety.
