食物余料在儿童设计教育中的研究

摘要 解决目前儿童设计教育行业的发展困境,探索儿童设计教育的理念和方法,寻找食物余料介入儿童设计教育中的优势。针对儿童设计启蒙教育的现状和教学方式,提出将食物余料作为媒介,具体分析了食物创意设计的解构方式和应用途径,并将其引入到儿童设计教育研究中,结合色彩、肌理、形态等美学维度进行实验研究。从感官互动、趣味性、饮食观念、环保等角度提出食物创意设计在儿童设计教育中的优势。探讨食物在设计教育中的可行性要素,为儿童设计教育提供新思路。 Solve the current development dilemma of the children’s design education industry,explore the concepts and methods of children’s design education,and find the advantages of food surplus in children’s design education. In view of the current situation and teaching methods of children’s design enlightenment education,this paper proposes to use food leftovers as a medium,specifically analyzes the deconstruction methods and application methods of food creative design,and introduces them into children’s design education research,combining colors,textures,shapes,etc. Conduct experimental research on aesthetic dimension. From the perspectives of sensory interaction,fun,dietary concepts,environmental protection,etc.,the advantages of food creative design in children’s design education are proposed. Explore the feasibility elements of food in design education,and provide new ideas for children’s design education.
