智慧赋能型双创培养体系设计研究

RESEARCH ON THE DESIGN OF INTELLIGENT ENABLING INNOVATION AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP TRAINING SYSTEM

建立有效的双创项目立项、评审、柔性学习与价值评估体系,促进双创型科技人才成长与项目孵化。通过工作坊、文献法,开发“智能化迭代双创管理”平台,结合TRIZ构架,开展大创项目的价值评估体系与筛选建模研究,同时通过双创实践项目知识库促进项目自升级。遴选高价值大创项目,配合技能颗粒型知识引导,实现指导服务的智慧赋能。促进创新创业教育质量的数字化升级,让大创训练和指导服务“因人而异”,实现创新创业教育的个性化、精细化和智能化改革。

Establish an effective system for the initiation,review,flexible learning and value evaluation of innovation and entrepreneurship projects,and promote the growth of entrepreneurship scientific talents and project incubation.Based on the TRIZ theory,the "intelligent iterative innovation and Entrepreneurship Management" platform is developed through workshops and literature method.The research on the value evaluation system and screening modeling of large innovation projects is carried out,and as the same time,the knowledge base of innovation and entrepreneurship practice projects is used to promote the self upgrading of the project.Select high-value innovation projects,cooperate with skill granular knowledge guidance,and realize the intelligent empowerment of guidance services.Promote the digital upgrading of the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education,make the training and guidance services "vary from person to person",and realize the personalized,refined and intelligent reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
