摘要
利用湖北省沙洋县马良镇某风电场中1座高150 m的测风塔1个完整年的观测资料,并结合武汉气象站、钟祥气象站和再分析资料,依据相关技术规范和规定,对该风电场的气象条件、平均风速、平均风功率密度、主导风向等风能参数进行了分析与评估。结果表明:测风塔测得的平均风速和平均风功率密度的月变化和日变化趋势较为一致,且月变化的最小值均出现在7月;测风塔测得150 m高度处的观测年平均风速为5.4 m/s,年平均风功率密度为190.1 W/m^(2),观测年有效风速频率为82.3%,9 m/s风速段以上的风速频率为14.4%;150 m高度处的长年代年平均风速为5.5 m/s,年平均风功率密度为196.9 W/m^(2);标准空气密度下,150 m高度处的50年一遇最大风速和极大风速分别为35.3、45.9 m/s;估算测风塔150 m高度处的长年代单机等效满负荷运行小时数在2400 h左右;马良镇风电场的主导风向稳定、风能分布集中,具有较好的开发利用价值。
Based on the observation data of a 150 m high anemometer tower in a wind farm in Maliang Town,Shayang County,Hubei Province in a complete year,combined with Wuhan meteorological station,Zhongxiang meteorological station and reanalysis data,and according to the relevant technical speciflcations and regulations,the wind energy parameters such as meteorological conditions,average wind speed,average wind power density,and dominant wind direction of the wind farm are analyzed and evaluated.The results show that the monthly and daily variation trends of the average wind speed and the average wind power density measured by anemometer tower are consistent,and the minimum values of monthly variation appear in July.The annual average wind speed in an observation year at the height of 150 m measured by anemometer tower is 5.4 m/s,the annual average wind power density is 190.1 W/m^(2),the observation year effective wind speed frequency is 82.3%,and the wind speed frequency above the wind speed section of 9 m/s is 14.4%.The long-term annual average wind speed at the height of 150 m is 5.5 m/s,and the annual average wind power density is 196.9 W/m^(2).Under the standard air density,the maximum wind speed and extremely wind speed with 50 year return period at the height of 150 m are 35.3 m/s and 45.9 m/s respectively.It is estimated that the equivalent full load operation hours of a long-term single machine at the height of 150 m of anemometer tower is about 2400 h.The wind farm in Maliang Town has stable dominant wind direction and concentrated wind energy distribution,and has good development and utilization value.
