摘要
目的 探究免疫组化染色在诊断膀胱尿路上皮肿瘤及类型鉴别中的应用价值。方法 选取该院2018年10月—2020年11月收治的90例膀胱尿路上皮肿瘤患者为研究对象,依据肿瘤类型将其分为A1组、A2组、A3组,各30例,分别为低度恶性潜能的乳头状尿路上皮肿瘤患者、非浸润性尿路上皮癌患者及浸润性尿路上皮癌患者。检测方法为免疫组化染色,记录各项蛋白质标记物(CK20、P63、P53、CK7、Ki67),比较3组蛋白标记物表达的差异。结果 3组CK7、P63表达水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);3组CK20、P53、Ki67表达水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CK7与P53蛋白标记物可以为膀胱尿路上皮肿瘤提供较好的诊断依据,而Ki67与CK20联合可为膀胱尿路上皮肿瘤及类型鉴别中有较大参考价值,并判断出膀胱尿路上皮肿瘤良性及恶性。
Objective To explore the application value of immunohistochemical staining in the diagnosis and differentiation of bladder urothelial tumors.MethodsA total of 90 patients with bladder urothelial tumors who were treated in the hospital from October 2018 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into group A1,group A2,and group A3 according to tumor type,with 30 cases in each.Iincluding patients with papillary urothelial tumor with low malignant potential,patients with non-invasive urothelial carcinoma and patients with invasive urothelial carcinoma.The detection method was immunohistochemical staining,recording various protein markers(CK20,P63,P53,CK7,Ki67),and comparing the differences in the expression of the three histone markers.ResultsThere was no statistically significant difference in the expression levels of CK7 and P63 among the three groups(P>0.05);there was a statistically significant difference in the expression levels of CK20,P53 and Ki67among the three groups(P<0.05).ConclusionCK7 and P53 protein markers can provide better diagnostic basis for bladder urothelial tumors.The combination of Ki67 and CK20 can be a great reference for the differentiation of bladder urothelial tumors and their types,and to judge whether the bladder urothelial tumors are benign or malignant.
