补肾健骨汤联合西药治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Bushen Jiangu Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Senile Osteoporotic Thoracolumbar Compression Fractures

目的 探究补肾健骨汤联合西药治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床疗效。方法 选取2018年2月—2021年9月该院收治的100例老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者作为研究对象。将其按照住院号随机分成两组,每组50例。对照组患者给予常规西医药物治疗,治疗组患者在对照组基础上给予中药补肾健骨汤。对比两组患者治疗效果、Cobb角、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)和胸腰椎损伤分类及损伤程度评分系统(TLICS)评分、生活质量及并发症。结果 治疗组患者治疗有效率为94.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.332,P=0.037)。治疗前两组患者Cobb角、VAS评分和TLICS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预半年后,两组患者Cobb角、VAS评分和TLICS评分均有所减小,且治疗组小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者治疗后躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能评分均高于对照组,躯体疼痛评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者并发症发生率为4.00%,明显低于对照组的16.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针对老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者采用补肾健骨汤联合西药治疗效果更佳。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Bushen Jiangu Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of senile osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures.MethodsA total of 100 elderly patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture admitted to the hospital from February 2018 to September2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the hospitalization number,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,and the treatment group on the basis of the control group,added Chinese medicine Bushen Jiangu Decoction.The treatment effect,Cobb angle,VAS and TLICS scores,quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe effective rate of patients in the treatment group was 94.00%,higher than 80.00% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.332,P=0.037).Comparison of Cobb angle,VAS score,and TLICS score in the two groups before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),six months after the intervention,the Cobb angle,VAS score,and TLICS scores were decreased in both groups,and the treatment group was smaller than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physical function,psychological function and social function in the treatment group after treatment were higher than those in the control group,and the somatic pain scores in the treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the complication rate of the patients in the treatment group was 4.00%,which was significantly lower than the 16.00% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionFor elderly patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture,Bushen Jiangu Decoction combined with western medicine has better therapeutic effect.
