针刀进针治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的效果研究

A Study on the Effect of Acupuncture with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Lumbar Back Myofasciitis

目的 探讨针刀进针治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的效果。方法 选取2020年8月—2021年7月该院收治的98例腰背肌筋膜炎患者为研究对象,以随机数字表分为两组,各49例。对照组行常规针刺治疗,研究组行针刀进针治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后临床症状评分[疼痛分级指数(PRI)、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、现有疼痛强度(PPI)评分]、磁共振下腰背肌筋膜病变组织的显影面积及不良反应发生情况。结果 研究组总有效率95.92%较对照组的81.63%更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.018,P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组PRI(1.85±1.05)分、VAS(2.86±1.20)分、PPI(1.10±0.85)分较对照组(3.80±1.20)分、(4.52±1.38)分、(1.92±0.78)分低,差异有统计学意义(t=8.561、6.354、4.976,P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组磁共振下腰背肌筋膜病变组织的显影面积(1.95±0.52)cm2较对照组(13.02±1.87)cm2小,差异有统计学意义(t=39.924,P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组未见明显的不良反应。结论 针刀进针治疗腰背肌筋膜炎具有显著的临床应用效果,可以有效改善患者的症状表现,安全可靠。

Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture with acupuncture on lumbar back myofasciitis.MethodsA total of 98 patients with lumbar back myofasciitis who were treated in the hospital from August 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups by random number table,with 49cases in each group.The control group received conventional acupuncture,and the study group received acupuncture with acupuncture.The clinical efficacy,the clinical symptom scores [Pain Grading Index(PRI),Visual Analogue Score(VAS),and Pain Intensity(PPI) score] before and after treatment,the imaging area of MRI lower back myofascial lesions,and adverse reactions of the two groups was compared.ResultsThe total effective rate of the study group was 95.92% higher than that of the control group 81.63%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=5.018,P<0.05).After treatment,the PRI(1.85±1.05) points,VAS(2.86±1.20) points,PPI(1.10±0.85) points of the study group were lower than those of the control group(3.80±1.20) points,(4.52±1.38) points and(1.92±0.78) points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.561,6.354,4.976,P<0.05).After treatment,the developed area(1.95±0.52) cm2of the matrimonial hypoloborchen muscle fascia lesion tissue in the study group was smaller than that of the control group(13.02±1.87) cm2,and the difference was statistically significant(t=39.924,P<0.05).During the treatment period,there were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups.ConclusionAcupuncture with acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar back myofasciitis has significant clinical application effect,can effectively improve the symptoms of patients,is safe and reliable.
