摘要
目的探讨以质量循环改进模式推进“课程思政”教育融入临床实习过程的教学可行性。方法选取2021年9月—2022年1月肿瘤内科、神经内科实习的2017级临床药学专业的14名学生,以质量循环改进模式推进“课程思政”教育有效地融入常规临床实习教育中。通过教师和学生双向评价,从理论知识、操作技能、综合能力及教学满意度等方面,与2016级采用传统教学方法的14名学生进行比较。结果两组学生在理论知识和操作技能考核成绩比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2017级学生的综合能力显著高于2016级学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2017级学生对实习过程中实施的教学模式满意度显著高于2016级学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以质量循环改进模式推进“课程思政”教育融入临床实习过程的教学模式,使“课程思政”更适应学生的认知和思维发展特点,可以激发学生对所学专业的认知感和认同感,提高学生对职业伦理道德规范的领悟,有助于培养学生良好的职业道德素养。
Objective To explore the teaching feasibility of promoting the integration of"course ideological and political"education into the clinical practice process with a quality cycle improvement model.Methods 14 students majoring in clinical pharmacy in 2017 who practiced in medical oncology and neurology from September 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.Promote"course ideological and political"education in a quality cycle improvement mode and effectively integrate it into routine clinical practice education.Through the two-way evaluation of teachers and students,in terms of theoretical knowledge,operational skills,comprehensive ability and teaching satisfaction,it is compared with the 14 students who adopted traditional teaching methods in the previous class of 2016-level.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of students in the assessment of theoretical knowledge and operational skills(P>0.05).The comprehensive ability of the 2017 students was significantly higher than that of the 2016 students,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the 2017-level students with the teaching mode implemented during the internship was significantly higher than that of the 2016-level students,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching mode of integrating"course ideology and politics"education into the clinical practice process is promoted in the quality cycle improvement mode,so that"course ideology and politics"can better adapt to the characteristics of students'cognitive and thinking development,which can stimulate students'sense of cognition and identity to the major they are studying,improve students'understanding of professional ethics and ethics,and help to cultivate students'good professional ethics.
