公立医院行政管理人员规范化轮转培训的应用探索--以某大型三甲综合医院为例 被引量:1

摘要 公立医院高质量发展要求注重人才技术要素,实现精细化管理。因此公立医院必须加强行政管理人员队伍能力建设,规范化轮转与培训是一种被证明的、高效的、符合实际需要的途径。该文以某大型三甲综合医院为例,对该医院开展3年的行政管理新员工规范化轮转培训的实践进行探讨分析,并提出了可操作性的规范化轮转与培训方案制订、组织实施、考核反馈等方面的对策与建议。 The high-quality development of public hospitals requires attention to the technical elements of talents and the realization of refined management.Therefore,public hospitals must strengthen the capacity building of administrative staff.Standardized rotation and training is a proven,efficient and practical approach.This article takes a large tertiary general hospital as an example to discuss and analyze the practice of the hospital's three-year standardized rotation training for new administrative staff,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions in the aspects of operability and standardized rotation and training program formulation,organization and implementation,assessment feedback and so on.
