血液透析室护理管理中应用风险管理的价值分析

Value Analysis of Applying Risk Management in Nursing Management of Hemodialysis Room

目的分析血液透析室护理管理中应用风险管理的价值。方法选择2020年7月—2021年5月期间血液透析室中的34名护理人员,于2021年1月开始在血液透析室护理管理中应用风险管理措施,对风险管理措施实施前(2020年7—12月)及风险管理措施实施后(2021年1—5月)护理人员护理质量、差错发生情况、护理纠纷发生情况和综合能力评分进行比较。结果相较于实施前,实施后护理人员护理质量各项评分均更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于实施前,实施后护理人员差错发生率及护理纠纷发生率均更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于实施前,实施后护理人员综合能力各项评分明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风险管理应用于血液透析室护理管理中,在护理人员护理质量显著提升的同时,差错事件发生情况及护理纠纷事件发生情况均显著减少,护理人员综合能力得到显著提升。

Objective To analyze the value of applying risk management in the nursing management of hemodialysis room.Methods 34 nurses in the hemodialysis room from July 2020 to may 2021 were selected to apply risk management measures in the nursing management of the hemodialysis room from January 2021.The nursing quality,error occurrence,nursing disputes occur and comprehensive ability score were compareds before the implementation of risk management measures(July to December 2020)and after the implementation of risk management measures(January to May 2021).Results Compared with before implementation,the scores of nursing quality of nurses were higher after the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before implementation,the incidence of nursing errors and nursing disputes were lower after the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before implementation,the scores of nurses'comprehensive ability after the implementation were significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion When risk management is applied to the nursing management of hemodialysis room,while the nursing quality of nursing staff is significantly improved,the occurrence of error events and nursing disputes are significantly reduced,and the comprehensive ability of nursing staff is significantly improved.
