风险管理在老年病房中应用对护理安全管理工作质量的影响探究

Influence of Risk Management Application in Geriatric Ward on the Quality of Nursing Safety Management

目的探究风险管理在老年病房中应用对护理质量的影响。方法该院于2021年开始在老年病房护理安全管理中展开风险管理,分别对2020年5—12月(风险管理实施前)以及2021年1—5月(风险管理实施后)期间19名护理人员的护理质量和综合能力进行比较。结果与风险管理实施前护理质量相比,实施后护理人员明显提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与风险管理实施前综合能力相比,实施后护理人员明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风险管理应用于老年病房中,护理安全管理工作质量明显提升,护理人员综合能力也有所提高。

Objective To explore the effect of risk management in geriatric ward on the quality of nursing safety management.Methods The hospital began to carry out risk management in the nursing safety management of geriatric wards in 2021,and the 19 nurses from May to December 2020(before the implementation of risk management)and 19 medical staff from January to May 2021(after the implementation of risk management).Nursing quality and general competence were compared.Results Compared with the nursing quality before the implementation of risk management,the nursing staff improved significantly after the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the comprehensive ability before the implementation of risk management,the nursing staff improved significantly after the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of risk management in geriatric wards can significantly improve the quality of nursing safety management and improve the comprehensive ability of nursing staff.
