基层医院临床药师工作质量评价体系的探索和构建

Exploration and Construction of Work Quality Evaluation System for Clinical Pharmacists in Primary Hospitals

目的探索和构建基层医院临床药师工作质量评价体系。方法参照《医疗质量管理办法》,结合该院临床药师实际工作情况,设计基层医院临床药师工作质量评价体系,内容包括日常工作和创新工作两大类,采用质量和数量考核临床药师工作状况,设计并完善基层医院临床药师工作质量评价体系。结果基层医院临床药师工作质量评价体系的构建充分调动临床医生工作积极性,使其主动深入临床,积极主动与患者及临床医生沟通,对患者用药进行指导,主动参与临床治疗用药探讨中;同时通过对临床药师工作质量的评价,可使其认识到工作中的不足,逐渐完善其工作质量,提高其专业素质。结论探索并构建与基层医院相符的临床药师工作质量评价体系,可提升药学服务水平,促进临床药学建设及持续发展。

Objective To explore and construct the work quality evaluation system of clinical pharmacists in primary hospitals.Methods Referring to"Medical Quality Management Measures",combined with the actual work situation of clinical pharmacists in the hospital,the work quality evaluation system of clinical pharmacists in primary hospitals was designed.The content includes two categories:daily work and innovation work,using quality and quantity to assess the work status of clinical pharmacists,and designing and improving the work quality evaluation system of clinical pharmacists in primary hospitals.Results The construction of the clinical pharmacist's work quality evaluation system in primary hospitals fully mobilized the enthusiasm of clinicians,so that they could actively go into clinical practice,actively communicate with patients and clinicians,guide patients'medication,and actively participate in the discussion of clinical treatment and medication.At the same time,by evaluating the work quality of clinical pharmacists,they can recognize the deficiencies in their work,gradually improve their work quality,and improve their professional quality.Conclusion To explore and build a clinical pharmacist's work quality evaluation system consistent with primary hospitals,improve the level of pharmacy service,and promote the construction and sustainable development of clinical pharmacy.
