不同管理模式对提高医院药房调剂质量和防范调剂差错的应用

Application of Different Management Modes in Improving the Dispensing Quality and Preventing Dispensing Errors in Hospital Pharmacies

目的分析医院药房采用不同管理模式的作用。方法该院自2021年1月开始在药房中开展PDCA循环管理模式,将2020年1—12月药房管理的200份药品处方及10名药师作为常规组,将2021年1—8月药房管理的200份药品处方及10名药师作为研究组。常规组开展传统管理方式,研究组实施PDCA循环管理。对比两组调剂差错事件出现情况、药房管理质量水平及药师满意度。结果研究组调剂差错事件总出现率3.50%低于常规组19.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的药物保存方式、药物归纳分类、工作舒适程度以及药房环境管理得分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总满意度100.00%高于常规组40.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院药方采用PDCA循环管理,能够减少调剂差错事件,提升药房管理质量水平,增强药师满意度,发挥一定干预作用。

Objective To analyze the effect of different management modes in hospital pharmacies.Methods The hospital started to carry out the PDCA cycle management model in pharmacies from January 2021.200 drug prescriptions administered by the pharmacy and 10 pharmacists between January and December 2020 were included as the routine group.200 drug prescriptions managed by pharmacies and 10 pharmacists from January to August 2021 were used as the study group.The routine group carried out traditional management methods,and the study group carried out PDCA cycle management.The occurrence of dispensing error events,the quality of pharmacy management and the satisfaction of pharmacists were compared in two groups.Results The total occurrence rate of dispensing error events in the study group was 3.50%lower than that in the routine group 19.50%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of drug storage,drug classification,work comfort and pharmacy environment management in the study group were higher than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the study group was 100.00%higher than that of the routine group 40.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of PDCA cycle management in hospital prescriptions can reduce dispensing errors,improve the quality of pharmacy management,enhance pharmacist satisfaction,and play a certain role in intervention.
