分析精细化管理在呼吸内科病房管理中的应用

Analysis of the Application of Refined Management in the Management of Respiratory Medicine Wards

目的评估呼吸内科病房使用精细化管理的作用。方法选择该院40名呼吸内科护士,2021年1—6月期间实施普通病房管理(普通组),2021年7月—2022年1月期间实施精细化管理(精细组),评估管理质量,统计管理不良事件,调查管理满意度。结果精细组病房管理质量比普通组高,差异有统计学意义(t=4.194、4.305、3.970、4.591、4.015、3.949、4.501,P<0.05)。精细组病房管理不良事件发生率仅有1.67%(1例),比普通组的13.33%(8例)低,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.886,P=0.015)。精细组对管理全面性满意度97.50%,管理科学性满意度95.00%,管理专业性满意度97.50%,管理持续性满意度92.50%,均比普通组高,差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.914、4.114、5.000、4.501,P=0.048、0.043、0.025、0.034)。结论精细化管理可提高病房管理质量,减少呼吸内科不良事件,就诊者满意度高。

Objective To evaluate the role of refined management in respiratory medicine wards.Methods Selected 40 respiratory medicine nurses in the hospital,implemented general ward management(normal group)from January to June 2021,implemented refined management(fine group)from July 2021 to January 2022,evaluated management quality,and performed statistical management adverse events,survey management satisfaction.Results The quality of ward management in the fine group was higher than that in the normal group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.194,4.305,3.970,4.591,4.015,3.949,4.501,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in ward management in the fine group was only 1.67%(1 case),which was lower than 13.33%(8 cases)in the normal group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.886,P=0.015).The fine group had 97.50%satisfaction with overall management,95.00%with scientific management,97.50%with professional management,and 92.50%with continuous management,all of which were higher than those in the normal group,with a statistically significant difference(χ2=3.914,4.114,5.000,4.501,P=0.048,0.043,0.025,0.034).Conclusion The refined management can improve the quality of ward management,reduce the adverse events of respiratory medicine,and the satisfaction of the patients is high.
