人文关怀护理管理对产科护士核心能力、心理素质、职业认同的影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of Humanistic Care Nursing Management on the Core Competence,Psychological Quality and Professional Identity of Obstetric Nurses

目的探究对产科护士实施人文关怀护理管理模式的可行性。方法选取2019年5月—2021年6月该院产科在职护理人员12名,根据时间不同记为管理前(2019年5月—2020年5月)和管理后(2020年6月—2021年6月),管理前进行传统护理管理模式,管理后进行人文关怀护理管理模式,对比管理前后护理人员核心能力、心理素质及职业认同感。结果管理后护理人员镇痛管理、胎心监护、会阴缝合、急救处理、母婴健康评估等核心能力评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后护理人员心理能力、心理品格、自我适应、环境适应、心理动力等心理素质评分显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后护理人员职业认同、职业目标、职业态度、职业价值观、职业自我概念等职业认同感评分显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对产科护士实施人文关怀护理管理模式可显著提升护理人员核心能力、心理素质,强化职业认同感,保障医院产科护理工作稳定运行的同时,为产妇提供更加优质的服务。

Objective To explore the feasibility of implementing humanistic care nursing management model for obstetric nurses.Methods A total of 12 on-the-job nursing staff in the obstetrics department of the hospital from May 2019 to June 2021 were selected,and recorded as before management(May 2019 to May 2020)and after management(June 2020 to June 2021)according to the time.The traditional nursing management mode was carried out before management,and the humanistic care nursing management mode was carried out after management.The core competence,psychological quality and professional identity of nursing staff before and after management were compared.Results After management,the scores of core competencies such as analgesia management,fetal heart rate monitoring,perineal suture,emergency treatment,and maternal and child health assessment were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of psychological quality,psychological quality,self-adaptation,environmental adaptation,and psychological motivation of nursing staff after management were significantly higher than those before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of occupational identity,occupational goals,occupational attitude,occupational values,occupational self-concept of nursing staff after management were significantly higher than those before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of humanistic care nursing management model by obstetric nurses can significantly improve the core competence and psychological quality of nursing staff,strengthen their professional identity,ensure the stable operation of obstetric nursing in the hospital,and provide better services for puerperae.
