摘要
目的探讨7S管理模式在急诊外科护理管理中的应用的具体效果,为急诊外科的护理管理提供理论依据。方法选取2019年1—12月及2020年2月—2021年1月该院急诊外科的10名护士,同一组人员根据不同时间段分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用岗位责任制的常规护理管理方法;观察组在对照组基础上采用7S管理模式进行护理管理。比较两组的管理效果。结果管理后,对照组专业水平考核评分(82.48±2.89)分低于观察组专业水平考核评分(90.36±1.73)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.648,P<0.05)。对照组知识水平考核评分(81.92±3.21)分低于观察组专业水平考核评分(89.51±2.69)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.875,P<0.05)。对照组技能操作考核评分(89.14±1.74)分低于观察组技能操作考核评分(94.67±1.18)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.805,P<0.05)。结论在急诊外科护理管理中应用7S管理模式不仅能够大幅度提高护士的专业、知识、技能水平,还可以显著提升患者满意度,效果显著,在护理管理中有重要的意义,值得医院大力推广。
Objective To explore the specific effect of the application of 7S management mode in emergency surgical nursing management,so as to provide theoretical basis for emergency surgical nursing management.Methods Ten nurses from the emergency department of the hospital from January to December 2019 and from February 2020 to January 2021 were selected.The same group of personnel was divided into a control group and an observation group according to different time periods.The control group adopted routine nursing of the job responsibility system.Management methods;the observation group was managed by 7S management mode on the basis of the control group.The management effects of the two groups were compared.Results After the management,the professional level assessment score of the control group(82.48±2.89)points was lower than that of the observation group(90.36±1.73)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.648,P<0.05).The knowledge level assessment score of the control group(81.92±3.21)points was lower than the professional level assessment score of the observation group(89.51±2.69)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.875,P<0.05).The skill operation assessment score of the control group(89.14±1.74)points was lower than that of the observation group(94.67±1.18)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.805,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 7S management mode in emergency surgical nursing management can not only greatly improve the professional,knowledge and skill level of nurses,but also significantly improve the satisfaction of patients.
