Effects of PDCA Cycle Management on Nosocomial Infection and Pain in Patients with Oral Implants

目的分析探究口腔种植患者管理中PDCA循环管理的应用价值及对院内感染和疼痛的影响。方法选择2020年4月—2021年5月该院口腔科室20名医务人员作为研究对象。依据不同时间段所开展的管理方法不同分为2020年4—10月期间实施常规管理的参考组和2020年11月—2021年5月期间实施PDCA循环管理的研究组。对比两组管理效果评分、管理质量评分以及管理服务满意度。结果研究组管理效果、管理质量各项评分较参考组明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组管理服务满意度高于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在口腔种植患者管理中运用PDCA循环管理与常规管理相比,在提高管理效果和管理质量方面优势更加明显,有助于控制医院感染,同时管理服务满意度更高。

Objective To analyze the application value of PDCA cycle management in the management of oral implant patients and its influence on nosocomial infection and pain.Methods From April 2020 to May 2021,20 medical staff from the stomatology department of the hospital were selected as research subjects.According to the management methods carried out in different time periods,they were divided into a reference group that implements conventional management from April to October 2020 and a research group that implements PDCA circular management from November 2020 to May 2021.Compared the two sets of management effectiveness scores,management quality scores,and management service satisfaction.Results The scores of management effect and management quality of the research group was significantly higher than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of management service of the research group was higher than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with routine management,the use of PDCA cycle management in the management of dental implant patients has more obvious advantages in improving management effect and management quality.
