摘要
医院工作人员档案涉及对医院各类人员,包括医务人员、护士、管理人员等,在医院运作期间对他们进行工作能力、职业道德等展开全面评估,并根据档案管理的标准进行个人档案的完善。其作为医院人事档案工作的重要组成部分,对提高医院人力资源管理水平、合理配置人才方面均有着重要的意义。因此,加强医院人事档案管理至关重要。鉴于此,该文首先阐述医院人事档案信息化管理的重要性,其次对其存在的不足,比如管理制度不健全、信息化建设资金投入不足、缺乏专业人才以及档案资料数字化问题等展开分析,最后提出了相关解决策略进行深入探讨,以期能够为医院人力资源管理工作提供参考。
The hospital staff file involves all kinds of personnel in the hospital,including medical staff,nurses,management staff,etc.During the operation of the hospital,they will conduct a comprehensive assessment of their work ability and professional ethics,and improve their personal files according to the standards of file management.As an important part of the hospital personnel file work,it is of great significance to improve the hospital's human resource management level and rationally allocate talents.Therefore,it is very important to strengthen the management of hospital personnel files.In view of this,this paper firstly expounds the importance of information management of hospital personnel files,and secondly its shortcomings.For example,the management system is not perfect,the investment in information construction is insufficient,the lack of professional talents,and the digitization of archives and materials are analyzed.Finally,relevant solutions are proposed for in-depth discussion,in order to provide reference for hospital human resources management.
