自制经直肠前列腺穿刺模型在超声介入实践教学中的效果评价 被引量:2

摘要 目的评估自制经直肠前列腺穿刺模型在超声介入实践教学中的应用效果。方法选取于2020年1—12月在黑龙江省医院住院医师规范化培训基地的住院医师60名为研究对象,并根据教学方式的不同随机将这60名分为观察组和对照组,每组30名,待课程结束后,观察组的医师应用自制的经直肠前列腺穿刺模型进行穿刺训练,对照组的医师应用带教老师提供的教学视频结合课本教材来进行穿刺训练,后再由带教老师统一对两组医师的经直肠前列腺超声穿刺掌握情况进行考核分析,通过两组医师的调查问卷填写情况和实践考核得分来分析自制模型教学的教学效果。结果调查问卷结果显示,观察组在提高教材理解,强化实践技能、强化理论联系实际能力、增强教学质量、减少紧张心理和激发学习兴趣方面的满意度均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实操考试得分显示,观察组住院医师在穿刺进针点、穿刺深浅把握,穿刺介入效果,其得分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自制经直肠前列腺穿刺模型在超声介入实践教学中的能够使住培医师更好地理解和掌握穿刺技术,且有利于提高临床超声穿刺教学的教学质量。 Objective To evaluate the application effect of self-made transrectal prostate puncture model in the practice teaching of ultrasound intervention.Methods A total of 60 residents were selected from the standardized training base for residents in Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital from January to December 2020 as the research objects.And according to the different teaching methods,the 60 people were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 people in each group.After the course,the physicians in the observation group used the self-made transrectal prostate puncture model for puncture training.Physicians in the control group used the teaching videos provided by the instructors combined with textbooks to conduct puncture training.Afterwards,the teachers in charge of the teaching conducted a unified assessment and analysis on the mastery of transrectal prostate ultrasound puncture of the two groups of physicians.The teaching effect of self-made model teaching was analyzed through the questionnaire filling and practice assessment scores of the two groups of physicians.Results The results of the questionnaire showed that the satisfaction of the observation group in improving the understanding of textbooks,strengthening practical skills,strengthening the ability to integrate theory with practice,enhancing teaching quality,reducing tension and stimulating learning interest were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the practical test showed that the scores of residents in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group in terms of puncture needle entry point,puncture depth,and puncture intervention effect(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-made transrectal prostate puncture model in the practice teaching of ultrasound intervention can enable residents in training to better understand and master the puncture technique,and is conducive to improving the teaching quality of clinical ultrasound puncture teaching.
