摘要
目的研究PBL联合微信平台在肿瘤内科临床教学中的应用效果。方法将2019年9月—2020年8月30名实习生纳入对照组,将2020年9月—2021年8月30名实习生纳入研究组,对照组实施传统教学,研究组实施PBL联合微信平台教学,对比两组的教学效果。结果研究组实习生理论与实操考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);代课教师对研究组实习生综合能力的评价均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组教学满意率96.67%(29/30)高于对照组76.67%(23/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将PBL联合微信平台教学法用于肿瘤内科的临床教学中可保证实习生掌握扎实的理论知识与实操能力,提高带教教师对其综合能力的评价,提对教学方法的满意率。
Objective To study the application effect of PBL combined with WeChat platform in clinical teaching of medical oncology.Methods 30 interns from September 2019 to August 2020 were included in the control group,and 30 interns from September 2020 to August 2021 were included in the research group.The control group implemented traditional teaching,and the research group implemented PBL combined with WeChat platform teaching,and the teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical and practical assessment scores of the interns in the research group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The evaluation of the comprehensive ability of the interns in the research group by the substitute teachers was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the teaching satisfaction rate of the research group was 96.67%(29/30)higher than that of the control group 76.67%(23/30),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL combined with WeChat platform teaching method in clinical teaching of medical oncology can ensure that interns have solid theoretical knowledge and practical ability,improve the evaluation of substitute teachers'comprehensive ability,and improve the satisfaction rate of teaching methods.
