性传播疾病的健康教育对健康促进及提升居民知识掌握率的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Health Education on Sexually Transmitted Diseases on Health Promotion and Improving Residents'Knowledge Mastery Rate

目的分析加强对性传播疾病的健康教育和宣传对提升居民对性传播疾病相关知识的掌握率及健康促进的作用。方法随机选择该县辖区内2019年1月—2021年12月期间自愿加入性传播疾病知识健康教育调查的100名居民作为该次调查对象,依据不同健康教育方式的进行分组,其中采用常规健康教育开展性疾病预防干预的50名居民设为对照组,另外50名加强健康教育开展性疾病预防干预的居民设为研究组,统计分析两组居民对性传播疾病知识的掌握情况及对该次调查和健康教育的满意度情况、健康知识评分情况。结果研究组居民对性传播疾病知识的掌握情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。开展健康教育之前,两组居民对性传播疾病知识的掌握评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在完成健康教育以后,两组居民对性传播疾病知识的掌握评分均明显提高,且研究组居民对性传播疾病知识的掌握评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的满意率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小区积极加强对性传播疾病的健康教育和宣传对于提升居民对性传播疾病相关知识的掌握率及健康促进具有非常积极的作用,可显著提高居民对性传播疾病知识的了解和重视,并在日常生活中规范性行为,减少性传播疾病的发生。

Objective To analyze the effect of strengthening health education and publicity on sexually transmitted diseases in improving residents'mastery of sexually transmitted diseases and health promotion.Methods 100 residents in the county who voluntarily participated in the sexually transmitted disease knowledge and health education survey from January 2019 to December 2021 were randomly selected as the survey objects.Group according to different health education methods.Among them,50 residents who used routine health education to carry out sexual disease prevention intervention were set as the control group,and the other 50 residents who strengthened health education and carried out sexual disease prevention intervention were set as the study group.The two groups of residents'mastery of knowledge of sexually transmitted diseases,their satisfaction with the survey and health education,and their health knowledge scores were statistically analyzed.Results Residents in the study group had better knowledge of sexually transmitted diseases than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before health education was carried out,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of residents'mastery of sexually transmitted disease knowledge between the two groups(P>0.05).After completing the health education,the scores of residents in the two groups on the knowledge of sexually transmitted diseases were significantly improved,and the scores of residents in the study group on the knowledge of sexually transmitted diseases were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Actively strengthening the health education and publicity of sexually transmitted diseases in the community has a very positive effect on improving residents'mastery of sexually transmitted diseases-related knowledge and promoting health,and can significantly improve residents'understanding and attention to sexually transmitted disease knowledge,and normalize sexual behavior in daily life to reduce the occurrence of sexually transmitted diseases.
