自行设计的可调式抬手架在手外科手术消毒中的应用效果

Application effect analysis of adjustable hand lifting frame in disinfection of hand surgery

目的 探讨自行设计的可调式抬手架在手外科手术消毒中的临床应用效果。方法 选取2019年9月-2020年12月收治的上肢手术患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为两组,观察组(30例)消毒时采用自行设计的可调式抬手架辅助抬手,对照组(30例)采用常规医护人员协助抬高固定患肢,观察对比两组医护人员的协助时间、手术消毒时间、术后感染率、医源性损伤发生率及恢复情况。结果 观察组医护人员协助时间(1.00±0.50)min短于对照组(5.00±0.80)min(P<0.05),两组手术消毒时间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且均无术后感染的发生;两组医源性损伤发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组手术时间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组伤口愈合时间、住院时间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 自行设计的可调式抬手架在手外科手术消毒中具有良好的应用效果,能够缩短医护人员协助时间,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of adjustable hand lifting frame in surgical hand disinfection. Methods Sixty patients with upper limb surgical disinfection treated in our hospital from September 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method. The observation group(30 cases) was assisted by adjustable hand lifting frame during disinfection, and the control group(30 cases) was assisted by conventional medical staff to raise and fix the affected limb. The assistance time of medical staff, surgical disinfection time, postoperative infection rate, incidence and recovery of iatrogenic injury in the two groups were observed and compared.Results The assistance time of medical staff in the observation group(1.00±0.50)min was shorter than that in the control group(5.00±0.80)min(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the operation disinfection time between the two groups(P>0.05), and there was no postoperative infection;There was no significant difference in the incidence of iatrogenic injury between the two groups(P>0.05);There was no significant difference between the two groups in operation time(P >0.05), wound healing time and hospital stay(P >0.05). Conclusion The adjustable hand lifting frame has a good application effect in hand surgical disinfection, and can shorten the assistance time of medical staff. It is worthy of clinical application.
