南方(以广东起步)电力现货市场双边交易仿真分析研究 被引量:2

摘要 需求侧参与竞价有利于发挥需求侧资源的调节能力,削减高峰负荷,提升电网运行的经济性。研究按增量报价和按容量报价这2种双边竞价模式,分别搭建2种模式下的电力现货市场出清模型。基于南方(以广东起步)电力现货市场实际运行数据开展仿真分析,结果表明:2种双边竞价模式均能在一定程度上起到削峰填谷、降低购电成本、提升系统调节能力的作用;按容量报价模式下的电价预测曲线严重偏离原电价曲线;按增量报价模式基于负荷预测值建模,电价预测曲线与原电价曲线较为接近,只是高峰电价略有下降、低估电价略有上升。因此,为保证广东电力现货市场的平稳推进,建议广东电力现货市场优先采用按增量报价模式,市场成熟后可逐渐转变为按容量报价模式。 Demand-side participation in bidding is conducive to exerting the adjustment ability of demand-side resources,reducing peak loads and improving the economy of power grid operation.This paper studies two demand-side bidding modes of incremental mode and capacity mode,and sets up the clearing model of electricity spot market under the two modes respectively.Then based on the actual operation data of the Southern China(starting from Guangdong province)electric spot market,it carries out the simulation analysis,and the results show that both modes can play to a certain extent peak cutting,reduce the electricity purchasing cost,and improve system adjustment capability.But the electricity price curve under the capacity mode deviates from the original curve seriously.In contrast,the incremental mode is modeled based on the predicted load value,and the price forecast is close to the original price curve,except that the peak price slightly decreases and the underestimated price slightly increases.Therefore,in order to ensure the smooth progress of Guangdong spot market,it is suggested that the market should give priority to the incremental mode,which can be gradually changed to capacity mode after the market is mature.
