摘要
针对当前电力系统山火防治的局限性,提出一种架空输电线路精细化山火监测告警技术。首先,分析山火灾害的时间空间分布特性以及引起的线路跳闸故障分布;然后,基于多源卫星遥感与地表监测装置协同工作,构建立体化的山火监测系统;最后,根据电力系统山火灾害分布特性与监测装置的特点,提取并划分山火灾害指标,精细化地指导架空输电线路山火告警。该技术已应用于南方电网山火监测预警中心,可实现全时段输电线路山火监测并准确发布告警信息。
Aiming at the limitations of wildfire prevention in the power system,a refined wildfire monitoring and alarming technology for overhead transmission lines is proposed.Firstly,this paper analyzes the time-space distribution characteristics of wildfire disasters and trip fault distribution of the transmission lines.Then,a three-dimensional wildfire monitoring system is constructed based on the cooperation of multi-source satellite remote sensing and surface monitoring device.;Finally,according to the distribution characteristics of wildfire disasters and features of the monitoring devices of the power system,the wildfire disaster indicators are extracted and divided to refine the wildfire alarming of overhead transmission lines.This technology has been applied to the wildfire monitoring and early warning center of China Southern Power Grid,which can realize the uninterrupted wildfire monitoring and accurately release the alarm information in power transmission line corridors.
