老旧小区改造排水工程设计与实践探讨

Discussion on Design and Practice of Drainage Engineering in the Reconstruction of the Old Residential Neighborhoods

排水系统是老旧小区重要的基础设施,也是居民关注的重点改造内容,普遍存在不同程度的功能缺陷。目前,老旧小区排水改造存在导向不清、专业间协调不畅以及成效不佳等问题。论文结合镇江市过去3年的老旧小区改造实例,对排水工程改造在老旧小区的设计与实践进行探讨,阐述了如何精确合理改造地下排水管网,统筹考虑项目的系统化、精细化、安全化等问题。

Drainage system is an important infrastructure of the old residential neighborhoods,is the key content of residents attention,there are various degrees of functional defects.At present,the drainage reconstruction of the old residential neighborhoods has some problems,such as unclear guidance,poor coordination among majors and poor results.This paper discusses the design and practice of drainage engineering reconstruction in the old residential neighborhoods of Zhenjiang in the past three years,expounds how to accurately and reasonably reconstruct the underground drainage pipe network,and considers the systematization,refinement and safety of the project as a whole.
