摘要
为减少成都市七医院项目深大基坑施工带来的扬尘和噪声污染,设计和研发了一套基坑绿色施工智能全封闭防尘天幕系统,实现了自动化全覆盖绿色防尘和降噪。基于BIM技术,采用型钢结构、钢索、防尘网、矩阵式喷淋等构件,组建成防尘天幕结构系统;基于西门子APOGEE系统进一步进行天幕数字化管理系统的功能设计开发,针对喷淋水泵、天幕电机和基坑照明分别设置独立的控制器和系统进行控制,对现场作业方式进行精准管控,实现全自动一体化管理。
To reduce the dust and noise pollution caused by the construction of the deep and large foundation pit of the Chengdu Seventh People’s Hospital,a set of intelligent fully closed dust-proof sky curtain system for green construction of foundation pit was designed and developed to realize an automatic full coverage,green dust-proof and noise reduction.A dust-proof structural system was established with the components of formed steel structure,steel cable,dust net and matrix spray,by using the Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology.Based on the SIEMENS APOGEE system,the dust-proof sky curtain digital management system were further designed and developed.The controllers were set separately in the system to control the spray water pump,sky curtain motor and foundation pit lighting independently,so as to control the on-site operation mode accurately and realize the full-automatic integrated management.
