摘要
对机电管线综合安装进行概述,阐述了BIM机电管线的综合优势,包括精细化深化设计,直观化各管线关系,工序及施工模拟等方面。从实际出发,总结了BIM机电管线综合设计与安装施工要点。通过对综合管线图纸图层管理、前期准备、综合排布、管线设计控制要点、现场复核、问题整改与跟踪等方面进行管理,合理使用机电管线总技术,科学设计、分析总管线,能够减少机电安装时间、减少专业交叉引起的冲突,提高建筑的效率和工程质量。
This paper introduces the comprehensive installation of mechanical and electrical pipelines, and expounds the comprehensive advantages of BIM mechanical and electrical pipelines, including fine and deepening design, intuitive relationship of all pipelines, process and construction simulation. From the actual point of view, the comprehensive design and installation of BIM electromechanical pipeline are summarized. It is argued that based on the comprehensive line drawing layer comprehensive configuration management, preparation,control points, pipeline design, site review, rectification and tracking management, rational use of mechanical and electrical pipeline technology, the scientific design, analysis, total line, can reduce the mechanical and electrical installation time, reduce conflict caused major cross, improve the efficiency of construction and engineering quality.
