临近地铁车站的盾构隧道施工的稳定性研究

摘要 基于盾构隧道临近既有地铁车站施工背景,利用有限元软件对盾构掘进过程进行数值模拟,分析了不同施工参数下盾构隧道施工对车站结构的变形影响。同时,对车站结构变形进行现场监测,总结了盾构施工过程中车站结构的变形规律。研究结果表明:改变相关施工参数可以减小地铁车站变形,该工程经济合理的注浆压力为300kPa,合理的掌子面压力为350kPa;当盾构机掘进至车站前方50m处,人行道出现沉降,随后人行道沉降逐渐变大;当盾构机刀盘穿过地铁车站,人行道沉降迅速变大,随后人行道沉降逐渐稳定。 Based on the construction background of shield tunnel adjacent to existing subway station, the shield tunneling process is numerically simulated by using finite element software, and the influence of shield tunnel construction on station structure under different construction parameters is analyzed. At the same time, the deformation of station structure is monitored on site, and the deformation law of station structure during shield construction is summarized. The results show that the deformation of subway station can be reduced by changing relevant construction parameters. The economic and reasonable grouting pressure of the project is 300kPa and the reasonable tunnel face pressure is 350kPa;When the shield machine drives to 50m in front of the station, the sidewalk settlement occurs, and then the sidewalk settlement gradually increases;When the cutter head of shield machine passes through the subway station, the settlement of sidewalk increases rapidly, and then the settlement of sidewalk becomes stable gradually.
