针对当前地铁工程施工管理和成本控制存在的问题,采取有效的措施规范地铁施工成本,让地铁工程能够在有限的造价成本内,确保施工质量和经济效益。论文结合地铁工程的实际情况,重点从管理体系、材料成本、设计方案、动态管理4个方面提出加强地铁施工管理和成本的有效控制措施。

Aiming at the problems existing in the current subway construction management and cost control,effective measures are taken to standardize the subway construction cost,so that the subway project can ensure the construction quality and economic benefits within the limited cost.Combining with the actual situation of subway engineering,this paper puts forward effective control measures to strengthen subway construction management and cost from four aspects:management system,material cost,design scheme and dynamic management.
