随着“碳达峰、碳中和”进程的不断推进,车辆制造商对润滑油品长换油周期及燃油经济性提出了更高的要求。长换油周期的75W-90黏度级别齿轮油有助于提升传动效率,具有良好的市场前景。PAO是由一种或多种线性α-烯烃在催化剂作用下经过聚合、加氢、分离、调合等工艺流程得到的全合成基础油,相较于矿物型基础油具有更好的低温性能和氧化稳定性,特别适用于调合长寿命多级润滑油品。根据商用车驱动桥实际工况、市场长换油周期的需求,并参考相关标准,基于PAO基础油研制了一款75W-90长寿命车辆齿轮油,将其与基于矿物基础油的油品进行性能对比评价。评价结果表明,使用PAO全合成基础油调合的75W-90长寿命车辆齿轮油具有极佳的低温流动性、剪切稳定性、氧化稳定性、抗磨承载性能及与橡胶材料的相容性,综合性能优于使用APIⅢ类基础油调合的参比油。同时还通过了车辆制造商的长周期耐久试验,在运营车辆上实际运行100000km,具有良好的使用性能。

With the advancement of Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality,vehicle manufacturers have put forward higher requirements for long oil change interval and fuel economy of lubricating oils.75W-90 viscosity grade products help improve the transmission efficiency,so 75W-90 vehicle gear oil with long oil change interval has good market prospects.PAO is a fully synthetic base oil derived from one or more linear α-alkenes via polymerization,hydrogenation,separation or blending in the presence of catalysts.With better low temperature performance and oxidation stability than mineral base oils,PAO is particularly suitable for blending long-life multi-stage lubricating oils.According to the actual conditions of drive axles of commercial vehicles,the market demand for long oil change interval and the relevant standards,a 75W-90 long-life vehicle gear oil was developed based on PAO,and its performance was compared with that of mineral based oils.The results show that the PAO-based 75W-90 long-life vehicle gear oil provides excellent low temperature fluidity,shear stability,oxidation stability,wear resistance and bearing capacity and rubber compatibility,and its overall performance is better than that of the reference oil blended with API Ⅲ base oil.It has passed the long-period endurance test of vehicle manufacturers,and has been used in operating vehicles for 100000km with good performance.
