摘要
砌体结构安全冗余度较低,且随着砌块及砂浆强度衰减,房屋整体结构强度不能满足使用要求,结构抗震性能较差,易在地震工况下发生开裂、垮塌等灾害。通过采取措施对砌体结构进行抗震加固可有效提高砌体房屋整体承载力及抗震性能。论文以砌体结构多层房屋为研究对象,着重围绕抗震加固的基本特点以及具体的技术措施展开探讨,并结合工程实例提出在不均匀沉降和砌体结构抗震承载力不足等情况下的加固技术和方法。
The safety redundancy of masonry structure is low,and with the attenuation of the strength of blocks and mortar,the strength of the whole building structure can not meet the requirements of use,and the seismic performance of the structure is poor,prone to cracking,collapse and other disasters under earthquake conditions.The seismic strengthening of masonry structure can effectively improve the overall bearing capacity and seismic performance of masonry building.This paper takes masonry multi-storey building as the research object,focuses on the basic characteristics of seismic reinforcement and specific technical measures,and puts forward the reinforcement technology and methods under the condition of uneven settlement and insufficient seismic bearing capacity of masonry structure.
