LNG储罐布置灵活,且已在我国发展多年,利用已建成的LNG储罐并对其改造,设置气化返输系统,可以为当地城市用气高峰期供气。论文以某液化工厂为例,对液化工厂气化返输系统中卸车系统、LNG增压气化系统、BOG增压系统、调压计量系统的工艺流程设计及工作流程进行介绍。

The arrangement of LNG storage tanks is flexible,and LNG storage tanks have been developed in China for many years.By using the previously built LNG storage tanks and transforming them,the gasification return transmission system can supply gas for local cities in peak periods.Taking a liquefaction plant as an example,the paper introduces the process design and work flow of unloading system,LNG pressurized gasification system,BOG pressurized system and pressure regulating and metering system in the gasification and transportation system of the liquefaction plant.
