Design Change Analysis of Open Hole Type Highway Cross Railway of Southern Railway Project in Sri Lanka

斯里兰卡南部铁路是该国近百年来第一条新建铁路项目,论文依托斯里兰卡南部铁路一期工程Matara-Beliatta(马塔拉—贝利艾塔)段明洞式公跨铁项目设计,从明洞方案结构计算、施工进度和造价3个方面对设计变更方案进行分析,提出在斯里兰卡开展该类设计变更应注意的问题和针对性意见。

The Southern Railway of Sri Lanka is the country’s first new railway project in nearly a century.Based on the design of open hole type highway cross the the Matara-Beliatta section of the First phase of Sri Lanka Southern Railway,this paper analyzes the design change scheme from three aspects:structure calculation,construction schedule and cost,and puts forward the problems needing attention and relevant suggestions for carrying out such design change in Sri Lanka.
