摘要
现国内铁路线路设备检查坚持动静态检查相结合的原则,动态检查主要以轨道检查车和钢轨探伤车检测结果为主要依据。基于轨道几何检测系统与钢轨探伤系统在运行速度和作业流程上的不同要求,国内铁路均采用轨道检查车与探伤车独立运行的方式开展线路动态检测工作。锦白铁路轨道综合检测车采用将轨道几何检测系统、钢轨探伤系统等功能融合于同一车辆平台的独特设计,在锦白铁路线路设备动态检查作业中发挥了积极作用。同时,在安全质量、作业效率、经济效益和环保效益等方面均体现了其在地方普速铁路单线有缝线路设备养护维修中的运用价值。
Now domestic railway line equipment inspection adhere to the principle of combining dynamic and static inspection,dynamic inspection is mainly based on the track inspection car and rail flaw detection car detection results.Based on the different requirements of track geometry detection system and rail flaw detection system in running speed and operation flow,domestic railways all adopt the way of track inspection car and flaw detection car running independently to carry out dynamic detection work.Jinzhou-Baiyinhua Railway track comprehensive inspection vehicle adopts a unique design that integrates the functions of track geometry detection system and rail flaw detection system into the same vehicle platform,which plays an active role in the dynamic inspection operation of Jinzhou-Baiyinhua railway line equipment.At the same time,from the aspects of safety quality,operation efficiency,economic benefits and environmental benefits,it reflects its application value in the maintenance of local common speed railway single line with seam line equipment.
