摘要
海外某总承包炼油项目的辅助单元包括1台70 t/h燃油燃气锅炉,1台7.5 MW汽轮发电机组以及配套的空压、制氮、凝液精制部分。论文讨论DCS及ESD中控制与联锁的设计方法,包括锅炉本体控制系统组成、控制主要内容、汽包液位控制,介绍串级三冲量控制系统原理、特点,串级三冲量调节的应用,主燃料跳闸联锁保护的设计,以及主副给水阀分程控制原则。
The auxiliary unit of overseas general contract oil refining project includes a 70t/h oil-gas boiler,a 7.5MW turbo-generator set and the supporting parts of air pressure,nitrogen production and condensate refining.This paper discusses the design method of DCS and ESD control and interlocking,including boiler body control system composition,main content of control,drum level control,introduces the principle and characteristics of cascade 3-impulse control system,the application of cascade 3-impulse regulation,the design of main fuel trip interlock protection and the principle of split control of main and auxiliary water supply valves.
